Where is Velina Home cotton from?

Long-staple cotton grown in the Aegean region of Türkiye, woven and finished at a family-run mill in small batches.

Will the towels shed?

A little lint is normal for the first 2–3 washes as the pile settles, then it stops. Wash before first use and skip fabric softener.

How do I choose a robe size?

Our robes are cut generously and unisex. If you're between sizes or want extra wrap, size up. Detailed measurements are on each product page.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet as an add-on, but orders arrive in a clean, giftable box with no pricing enclosed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best before it ships.
